Gavin Marshall
Acting CEO

Gavin has worked in the business solutions ERP market place for 15 years, working across the market from SAP in the Enterprise to Microsoft Business Solutions in the SMB market.

​

Over the last 10 years he has worked across the full spectrum of the Microsoft  business model – he has implemented solutions directly with clients across ANZ and the Pacific, built and launched new businesses across international markets including USA, India, Middle East and ANZ operations., merged new and existing businesses together, and operated as COO and Finance Director of a $150M (700 team members) division in a publicity listed company. 

​

His role across all activities is the same; define the vision and strategy, communicate the journey to staff and customers, attract and retain the best talent to deliver to the vision, and partner with customers and technology providers to drive innovation that delivers returns and results for his customers.

​

Gavin is his spare time likes to climb mountains and get outdoors.

Nainika has extensive experience in recruitment across multiple technology companies, from startups to multinationals.

She knows how to connect and build relationships with the very best people in the industry.

Her single focus and primary goal is attracting the right talent and providing our people with the right environment to inspire them to create and deliver for our customers.

She is open and direct, able to listen and act.

She specialises in Microsoft Business Applications and technologies with a long history working in the Microsoft Dynamics community.

 

In her free time Nainika has a passion for reading. She also loves spending time with family and travelling (when the world allows).

Professional Services

John is an experienced professional services manager with over 25 years’ experience in implementing Tier 1 solutions including Microsoft 365 BC, Microsoft Navision, JD Edwards, MOVEX, and BPCS across multiple industry sectors.  

​

For the last twenty years John has focused on Dynamics BC and Navision. A deep specialist, John has worked first as a developer, then consultant, and over the last ten years, as a Solution Architect. During this time John specialised on food manufacturing, production and distribution companies, including Meat Processing, Food Production (including Fish), and Retail / Supply Chain.

 

John lives near Christchurch in the South Island and is passionate about his football.
